Job qualifications for our center

Have a love for children. Be reliable and friendly

Excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.)

Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional conflict.

Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum. (Identify shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.)

Organize nap and lunch/snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe.

Track children’s progress.

Communicate with parents regularly.

Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

We require.......

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or child development. (Or can be on a study plan) • A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and at least one year experience in a licensed early childhood center

Ability to lift objects of up to 30 lbs • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell • Ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch
