Service status

Jobeezy status

When you open this page, your browser runs a quick reachability check on the Jobeezy public API. Below that, you’ll find the services we monitor, what each status word means, our incident history, and how to report or follow an outage.

Checking …

Contacting api.jobeezy.com from your browser.

  • Public APIapi.jobeezy.com — live check from your browser Checking…

This one live check confirms only that our public API answered your browser. It does not test the database, file storage, the application-submission (Auto-Apply) pipeline, or notifications — those are watched by our own internal monitoring, described below. A green result is only as strong as this single check; a red or unknown result can also come from your own network or an ad blocker.

1. What we monitor

Our internal monitoring watches the parts of Jobeezy that keep your job search and applications working. We alert our team on errors, on slow responses, and on failures in the application pipeline, so we can start fixing a problem before most people notice it. The services we watch are:

  • API & account services. Matching, Fit Scores, résumé and cover-letter tailoring, sign-in, and your account data. Hosted on Render.
  • Web app. The signed-in web portal at app.jobeezy.com.
  • Database. Your profile, applications, and outcomes, stored in MongoDB Atlas.
  • File storage. Résumé files and generated documents, stored in Cloudflare R2.
  • Application submission (Auto-Apply). The pipeline that fills out and submits the jobs you approve, through the employer’s own hiring system.
  • Notifications. Email and push updates about your applications.

We don’t publish an uptime percentage or a “99.9%” figure, because we only publish numbers we actually measure. If that changes, any figure we show here will be a measured one.

2. What each status means

When we report on a service — here, in the app, or in an incident write-up — we use these words to mean specific things:

  • Operational. The service is working normally.
  • Degraded. The service works, but it is slower than usual or some requests are failing.
  • Partial outage. One part of the service is down while the rest keeps working.
  • Major outage. The service is down for most or all users.
  • Maintenance. We planned this work in advance; brief disruption may be expected.
  • Unknown. We can’t confirm the state right now — for example, the live check above couldn’t reach us from your browser.

The live reachability check at the top of this page uses a shorter set of words for its single, browser-side result: Checking… while it runs, Operational if our API answers normally, Disruption if our API answers with an error, and Unknown if your browser can’t reach us at all. Because it’s one check from one device, it can’t tell how many other people are affected — so it doesn’t claim a “partial” or “major” outage on its own.

3. Incident history

No service incidents to date. We have not recorded a public service outage or a security incident affecting user data. This log is clean, not empty because we’re hiding anything — when we have a material incident, it will appear here, and we will post a written summary in our changelog explaining what happened and what we changed.

4. How we handle incidents

Last updated: July 9, 2026.

  • Detection. Our services are monitored with automated health checks and alerting on error rates, latency, and failures in the application pipeline, so our team is paged when something breaks.
  • Communication. During a disruption, we aim to reflect the degraded state on this page and, where it helps, show in-app banners so affected users know what’s happening.
  • Applications in the queue. Application submissions are queued so that a paused pipeline can resume automatically. Our goal is that no queued application is lost, and we investigate any application that fails to complete. We won’t tell you an application was submitted unless we have evidence that it was.
  • Post-incident. For material incidents, we aim to publish a written summary in the changelog with what happened and what we changed to prevent a repeat.

5. Security incidents & your data

No app, website, or company can promise that information is ever 100% secure, and we don’t make that promise. What we can tell you is how we protect your data — encryption in transit and at rest, sign-in handled by Clerk, isolated demographic (EEO) data (kept out of scoring and AI), and one-tap account deletion — on our Security page and in our Trust Center.
