Our own data

Anonymized Jobeezy platform numbers (applications sent, ghosts filtered, interview conversion) get published in the changelog on a rolling basis. The smallest group we ever share is a metro-by-role cohort of 200+ applications. When we cite a platform metric we label it (Jobeezy platform data).

What we refuse to cite

  • The famous "75% of resumes get rejected by ATS before a human sees them" line — the original source is a defunct company whose methodology was never disclosed. We use Jobscan's 97.8% ATS-usage number instead.
  • Generic aggregator claims with no named study behind them.
  • Vendor-commissioned surveys with sample sizes under 200 or undisclosed methodology.
