Jobeezy legal & policies.
Plain-language summaries up top, full text underneath. This page is the front door to every agreement, notice, and control that governs your use of Jobeezy. Last updated: July 9, 2026 · Effective: July 9, 2026.
These summaries are for convenience only. The one-line descriptions on this page are a plain-language map, not the agreement itself. The full text of each linked document is the binding version. If a summary here and the full document ever differ, the full document controls.
Every document below is published in full, dated, and written to be read — not buried. We aim for about an 8th-grade reading level so that the terms you are agreeing to are actually understandable. If anything is unclear, email us (see How to reach us) and we will explain it in plain words.
1. Who we are
Jobeezy is operated by Jobeezy, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Our principal place of business and address for legal notices is:
Jobeezy, Inc.
800 Brazos St., Suite 400
Austin, TX 78701
United States
Throughout our documents, “Jobeezy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Jobeezy, Inc.; “you” means the person using our services. Our Services are the Jobeezy job-search and application tools across the Android app, the web portal at app.jobeezy.com, and jobeezy.com. Send legal correspondence, DMCA notices, and subpoenas to legal@jobeezy.com or the address above.
2. The agreements you accept
These are the contracts that govern your use of Jobeezy. Together with the Privacy Policy, they form the agreement between you and us.
- Terms of Service — the master agreement. It covers your account, what you may and may not do, how Auto-Apply acts as your agent, our disclaimers, and a binding individual-arbitration agreement with a class-action waiver (you may opt out within 30 days). Questions: legal@jobeezy.com.
- End-User License Agreement (EULA) — the license to use the Jobeezy mobile app, including the additional terms Apple and Google Play require for apps in their stores.
- Subscription Terms — how Jobeezy Plus works: auto-renewal, billing through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation, refunds, and your monthly application allowance. Billing questions: billing@jobeezy.com.
3. Privacy & your data
What we collect, why, where it goes, and the controls you have over it. These notices work together, so we point you between them where it helps.
- Privacy Policy — the complete picture: what personal information we collect, why, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and your rights under laws like the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, the Texas TDPSA and other U.S. state laws, and LGPD. Privacy requests: privacy@jobeezy.com.
- Cookie Policy — the cookies and similar technologies we use, the categories they fall into, and your choices. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal; there is no agreed “Do Not Track” standard, so we foreground GPC instead.
- California Privacy Notice — the notice for California residents under the CCPA/CPRA: the categories of information we collect, your rights to know, delete, correct, and limit, our “we do not sell or share” statement, and how to appeal a decision.
- AI & Automated-Decision Transparency — a plain-language notice about where Jobeezy uses artificial intelligence: the 0–100 Fit Score that advises you about a job, AI that tailors your résumé and cover letters, and the Auto-Apply agent that fills out and submits applications you approve.
- Data Processing Addendum (DPA) — for business customers and partners for whom Jobeezy processes personal data. It sets out the data-protection terms, sub-processors, and international-transfer safeguards. DPA execution: legal@jobeezy.com.
- Delete account — our self-serve account & data-deletion path, in the app or on the web, plus what we delete, what we may keep and why, and how to get a copy of your data first. You do not need the app installed to delete your account.
- Your Privacy Choices — the single control that explains that we do not sell or share your personal information and how we honor GPC (see Your Privacy Choices below).
4. AI & Auto-Apply — how automation works
Jobeezy uses automation as its core feature, so we surface it here rather than bury it. Two facts matter most:
- Auto-Apply acts as your agent, one job at a time. You review and approve each application before Jobeezy submits it — there is no mass-apply. For most employer systems, Jobeezy applies as a guest, without any account login. For Workday only, Jobeezy creates a candidate account on your behalf and uses a Jobeezy-managed email alias to do so. The Auto-Apply section of our Terms of Service and the AI & Automated-Decision Transparency notice explain your authorization, how to turn it off, and the limits of what we can do.
- Your EEO answers are walled off; your fair-chance information is not. The demographic (EEO) answers you may give — your race, ethnicity, sex, veteran status, and disability self-identification — are kept isolated, are never used to score, rank, match, or train AI, reach an employer only if you approve, and are erased immediately when you delete your account. Fair-chance and record-related information you choose to add is treated as sensitive and is never sold, but it is not isolated in the same way: our AI uses it to help tailor your applications and match you to jobs, and it informs the fairness part of your Fit Score. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy, the AI & Automated-Decision Transparency notice, and the Fair-chance statement.
5. Your privacy choices
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising pixels, and the mobile app blocks the advertising ID. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing to opt out of on that front — but you still have full control:
- We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out of any sale or sharing.
- You can delete your account and data at any time, and you can request a copy of your data first.
- California residents and residents of other states with privacy laws can exercise their rights through our Your Privacy Choices control and the California Privacy Notice.
6. Trust & security
How we protect your data, who helps us run the Services, and how to reach our security team.
- Trust center — an overview of our security practices, our sub-processors, and our compliance roadmap. We are candid about what we have in place today versus what is still ahead.
- Security — how we protect your information: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest, least-privilege access, isolated per-run browser sessions for Auto-Apply, and the fact that we store no payment-card data.
- Sub-processors — the third-party providers that process data on our behalf (for example, our hosting, database, storage, authentication, and AI providers), what each one does, and what data it handles.
- Responsible disclosure — how to report a security vulnerability. We aim to acknowledge good-faith reports within 5 business days. Security reports: security@jobeezy.com.
- Law-enforcement & government-request guidelines — what legal process we require before disclosing user data, when we notify you, and how we minimize what we share. This matters especially for our justice-impacted users. Legal process: legal@jobeezy.com.
- Status — current system status and any incidents.
7. Fairness & accessibility
Jobeezy is built for the average job seeker, including people with records and people using assistive technology. These pages set out our commitments.
- Fair-chance statement — how Jobeezy supports applicants with a criminal record, how we treat the record information you choose to share, and the fair-chance and anti-discrimination laws we work within.
- Accessibility statement — our accessibility commitment, the standard we design to (we are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA), known limitations, and how to ask for help or an alternative if part of Jobeezy does not work for you.

9. Dates, versions & changes
Each document above is individually dated and carries its own “Last updated” and “Effective” line — open a document to see the version that applies to you. When we make a material change, we update that document’s date and, where the law or the change warrants, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. You can review recent product and policy updates on our changelog. This hub itself was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of the page.
