Subscription Terms
Jobeezy Plus — how billing, the 7-day free trial, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds work. Effective May 13, 2026.
These Subscription Terms supplement the Jobeezy Terms of Service and apply when you subscribe to Jobeezy Plus through the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or any other distribution channel we authorize. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. What Plus is
Jobeezy Plus is the paid tier of the Jobeezy app. It removes the free-tier monthly application cap (25 / month), lifts daily quotas to 100 applications / day (a soft cap to deter abuse), and unlocks Plus-only features such as priority matching, advanced filters, and additional AI-assisted interview prep. Free features remain free forever and do not require a subscription.

Prices may vary by country and by promotion. The in-app store will show your localized price, taxes (where applicable), and trial details before you confirm purchase. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes that we are required to collect under your local law.
3. Free trial
If you are eligible (typically: first-time subscriber on the account, the Apple Family Sharing group, or the Google Play account, and within the trial-eligible region), you may start a Jobeezy Plus subscription with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have full Plus access. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at signup, and your payment method will be charged.
4. Auto-renewal — the most important paragraph
Your Jobeezy Plus subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You authorize the store on which you purchased (Google Play or Apple) to charge the payment method on file for each renewal until you cancel. The store will send you a renewal-payment receipt for each charge.
5. How to cancel
- Android (Google Play): Open Google Play → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Jobeezy → Cancel.
- iOS (Apple): Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Jobeezy → Cancel.
You can also tap Settings → Plus → Manage subscription in the Jobeezy app, which deep-links to the store flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Plus access until then. Deleting the Jobeezy app does not cancel your subscription.
6. Pause
Google Play subscribers can pause a Plus subscription for up to 3 months. During the pause, Plus access is suspended; access resumes automatically at the end of the pause and billing restarts at the next billing period. Apple does not currently support pause for our category; iOS users can cancel and re-subscribe.
7. Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (e.g., EU statutory withdrawal rights, where applicable). Because Apple and Google handle the billing, refund requests must be made through them:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
If you cannot resolve a refund through the store and believe you are entitled to one, email billing@jobeezy.com with your order ID and we will help where we can.
8. Price changes
For new subscriptions or new billing periods, we may change prices at any time. For existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days’ advance notice (in-app banner and email) before any price increase takes effect, consistent with applicable consumer-protection law and store policies. If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
9. Promotional offers
From time to time we may offer promotional pricing or extended trials. Eligibility may be limited (one trial per account / family / device, region restrictions, time-limited windows). Promotional terms are disclosed at the time of the offer.
10. Taxes
Where required, Apple or Google will collect and remit applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax. Your store receipt will identify any tax collected.
11. Subscription disputes
For any dispute about a subscription charge, please contact the relevant store first (Apple or Google Play), and then us at billing@jobeezy.com. The arbitration and class-action waiver in our Terms of Service §19 apply to subscription disputes.
12. Changes to these Subscription Terms
We may amend these Subscription Terms; if a change is material (e.g., a new fee, a meaningful change to auto-renewal mechanics), we will give at least 30 days’ advance notice. Continued use of Plus after the effective date is your acceptance of the updated terms.
