Reporting to the Field Director, the Senior Field Manager, C-Store, is responsible for driving the success and sales performance across a multi-disciplined field team. This role will span across the client’s national sales network, specific to the convenience channel.

The position will directly manage a team of customer-facing sales reps in various markets across the country, as well as the Field Manager, C-Store and their team of sales reps, whom they will coach and guide towards achieving individual and program goals. The role has a pulse on the market-based insights and collaborate regularly with local field teams and clients to deliver innovative and strategic thinking that drive overall business results.

The Senior Field Manager, C-Store will support with the go-to-market strategy for the overall business unit and managing the field execution. The role will be responsible for recruiting and hiring a team of committed sales representatives to execute in their assigned remits in an effort to engage distributor partners, retailers, and consumers on the core client brands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a day-to-day contact for field team and clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client’s business, industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Conducts market analysis to track performance at the brand, region, and individual level and identifies opportunity for growth through competitive, channel, and/or consumer insights
  • Works with the field leadership and account teams to develop quarterly business plans and ensures all program and sales goals are met, proactively reporting on feedback
  • Manages monthly and quarterly performance to produce business performance reports and communicates results to key and core stakeholders on a regular cadence
  • Manages field execution to achieve business objectives and KPI goals while reinforcing Enthuse’s partnership with field clients
  • Delivers guidance and support to assigned team members, managing activity for their respective markets
  • Manages all expenses and budgets for team members with quarterly review
  • Maintains consistent communication and visibility to develop, coach and drive performance of the greater field team
  • Collaborates internally with cross functional departments and other account team members to hire and grow talent pool
  • Drives and implements the vision of brand building initiatives inclusive of management / distribution of approved marketing materials

What Success Looks Like:

  • Delivery of program performance in alignment with client goals
  • Strong agency visibility for program team at client and within agency
  • Development and performance of direct reports
  • Positive 360o feedback from manager, direct reports and client partners
  • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and/or pull items weighing at least 15 pounds and up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including moving materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods as required by the position.
  • College degree (4-year) or B.A./B.S. equivalent with a focus in Communications, Marketing, or Business strongly preferred
  • 6-8 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in the bev-alc industry
  • Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Knowledge of alcohol regulations, rules, market trends and competition preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work remotely, work flexible hours, and travel 10-20% of the year, sometimes with short notice
  • Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $85,000.00-$95,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service, brand program, and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
