We're looking for an outgoing and motivated External Client Care Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people, supporting families, and building lasting relationships throughout the community. Service Areas: Cleona, Fredericksburg, Lebanon, Myerstown, Annville, Palmyra, Hershey, Manheim, Elizabethtown, Mount Gretna, and surrounding communities.
What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals and families to discuss their home care needs and guide them through available services
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners
- Visit clients to ensure they are receiving outstanding care and address any questions or concerns
- Partner with caregivers and office staff to coordinate services and provide a positive client experience
- Support new client onboarding and help ensure a smooth transition into care
- Participate in community outreach activities and represent Comfort Keepers at local networking events
- Keep client information organized and maintain accurate records
- Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships
- Communicate regularly with families and the care team to ensure quality service
- Represent Comfort Keepers with professionalism, compassion, and integrity
What We're Looking For
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A friendly, compassionate, and customer-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable using computers and common office applications
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, community outreach, client relations, or sales is an advantage but not required
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
