Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

The position we are looking to fill is a laborer. It is important to be:

• Must take initiative and anticipate what needs to be done next while also showing the abilities and willingness to learn and understand their own role in the project

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Having knowledge in sewer and water repair
• Probing for utilities
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary
