# Customer Service Associate (Front End)

Part-Time Position

Schedule

• 3 Weekdays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About Us

We're looking for an energetic, dependable team member to join our front-end staff. You'll be the face of our bakery, helping customers while keeping the front of the store clean, stocked, and inviting. If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a friendly smile.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Assist customers with bakery, soup, frozen meal, pot pie, and bagel selections.
  • Answer customer questions and make product recommendations.
  • Package bakery items and prepare customer orders.
  • Restock displays, coolers, and retail shelves throughout the day.
  • Keep the front counter, dining area, and displays clean and organized.
  • Brew coffee and maintain beverage stations as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Assist with sandwich making duties

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to work independently while staying productive.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Previous retail or food service experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
