About the Role
Belle ABA Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Marlborough, MA! Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Monitor client progress and report observations to the supervising BCBA
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities is a plus
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
- Must pass a background check prior to employment
