Global Project Manager at WorkWaveTM — Remote

WorkWave is a leading provider of SaaS solutions, helping businesses streamline their operations and drive growth through innovative technology. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Professional Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Professional Services and Delivery teams by managing customer relationships, scoping billable projects, and developing clear, impactful statements of work.

Operating as a critical member of our global team, this role owns the execution of a diverse project portfolio. This role requires an adaptable leader who can seamlessly shift gears: running highly structured, complex enterprise software deployments (e.g., Time & Attendance, Payroll, Finance) while efficiently driving higher-velocity, smaller application rollouts. This role demands an exceptional blend of professional maturity, meticulous time management across NA time zones, and the acute attention to detail required to protect project margins. You will bring structure to ambiguity, ensuring that every tier of client—from enterprise corporations to smaller accounts—experiences a world-class onboarding journey.
