You Have:
- Experience as a JTAC or with Battalion-level fires
- Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols such as High-Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS)
- Knowledge of Joint C4I tactical systems such as Link 16, GCCS-J, or USMC C4I, including AFATDS, C2PC, CAC2S and JADOCS, or Army Mission Command Systems
- Knowledge of the principles associated with creating virtual and constructive environments
- Knowledge of networks and networking concepts
- Ability to utilize network and distributed modeling and simulation tools such as Wireshark, Redsim, SIMDIS, or RTI-s
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with distributed modeling and simulation, or 5+ years of experience with distributed modeling and simulation in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience using virtual machines such as VMWare, Hypervisor, or Virtual Box
- Experience with Team Awareness Kit (TAK)
- Experience with JLVC, Joint Exercise Control System (JECS), JCATS, JSAF, JLOD, JDLM, or ACE-IOS software
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Marine Corps training and education and associated Battle Simulation Centers
- Knowledge of the Marine Corps Synthetic Training Environment and Force Design 2030
- SEP Certification
- Enterprise Architect Certification
- VMWare Certification
