American Swim Academy in Dublin is looking for a full-time Assistant Member Service Director who loves to interact with people in person and on the phone in a FUN and fast-paced environment while supporting the Senior Management Team. The schedule is Tuesday - Saturday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The ideal candidate must be friendly, customer service oriented, enthusiastic, and able to multitask
• Assist Member Service Director with meeting call and revenue goals
• Motivate the Member Service Team
• Answer phones, make follow-up calls, and enroll swimmers
• Proficient computer and accurate typing skills necessary to complete member interactions and enrollments
