You Have:

• 6+ years of experience supporting the engineering of information technology systems for Navy or Department of Defense projects
• 5+ years of experience with engineering and systems architectures, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development life cycle
• Experience with writing high level documents, including Capability Development Document, Capability Package, or Initial Capabilities Document
• Ability to collect information to define system requirements and develop concept of operations, develop key performance parameters and derived requirements, analyze customer capabilities, and support mission through detailed processes and requirements traceability
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications or technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple organizations
• Ability to lead Integrated Product Teams
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting NAVWAR or NIWC PAC programs
• Ability to communicate across all levels of business users and management
• Possession of excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification such as CSEP or ASEP Certification
