About the Role
The Therapy SP/OT in St. Paul, MN is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join the team! Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's developmental needs and goals
- Provide sensory integration, fine motor, and activities of daily living (ADL) therapy
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families to deliver holistic care
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate and train parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- NBCOT certification (OTR) required
- Knowledge of sensory processing, neurodevelopmental treatment, and pediatric developmental milestones
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children of all abilities
