Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients using CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings
- Stay current on local market trends, property values, and MLS listings
Requirements
- Active Minnesota Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency; CRM experience a plus
- No prior real estate experience required — full training and mentorship provided
