# Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential | Driver's License Required

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19126

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Pay: $17/hr

Effraim Home Care Agency LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential team. If you have a passion for helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and independently, we'd love to hear from you!

Available Shifts

Shift 1 (Overnight)

  • Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Monday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  • Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Shift 2

  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Every Other Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Shift 3

  • Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Support individuals in achieving independence and community involvement.
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
  • Administer or assist with medications as directed.
  • Complete daily documentation and progress notes.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
  • Transport individuals to appointments and community activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License is REQUIRED.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
  • Previous DSP, Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or related experience is preferred but not required.
