What You'll Do
- Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness in the cafe
- Maintain appropriate storage standards for food items
- Provide excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality
- Provides exceptional guest experience at all times
- Follow all company systems, policies, and procedures
- Give guests priority and attention at all times
- Keep equipment clean and sanitary
- Keep the complimentary coffee station filled and clean
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Prior barista/cafe experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to work weekends required
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and "listening" skills
- Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to learn quickly, and be self-motivated
- Sense of urgency
- Current, valid, food handler card preferred, but NOT required
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
