Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and caregivers
- Maintain and update employee and client records in agency databases
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments
- Support HR and administrative staff with onboarding paperwork and compliance documentation
- Process and track timesheets, invoices, and billing records
- Ensure office operations run smoothly by managing supplies and correspondence
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or administrative coursework preferred
- Prior experience in an office, administrative, or home care agency setting is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
