Job Description

The Payroll Systems Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring payroll efficiency and accuracy across the organization. This corporate position focuses on streamlining payroll processes, leveraging advanced payroll systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize payroll processes to drive efficiencies and accuracy
  • Administer and maintain payroll systems (ADP Ev6, ADP WFM), ensuring data integrity and complaince
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify process improvements and implement automation
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new payroll features
  • Act as the primary liaison with payroll system vendors, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to HR and Finance staff on payroll system functionality
  • Contribute to projects that prepare the organization for global payroll expansion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience
  • Experience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
  • U.S. Person status, as defined by U.S. export control laws

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in corporate payroll environments with high-volume processing
  • Exposure to global payroll practices or multi-country payroll systems
  • Knowledge of HRIS integration with payroll systems
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and database management
