Service Contracts Lifecycle Operations Leader (Office: Nashville, TN)
The Service Contracts Lifecycle Operations Leader is responsible for end-to-end contract execution across quoting, booking, and lifecycle management functions. This role drives operational excellence, scalability, process simplification, and customer satisfaction while supporting predictable service contract growth across Philips North America. You will lead teams responsible for contract lifecycle execution, operational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Your role:
- End-to-end ownership of service contract lifecycle; accountable for quoting, booking, invoicing, corrections, cancellations, removals, and ongoing contract support to ensure accurate entitlement and billing.
- Operational excellence, scale, and performance management; drive consistency, throughput, KPIs, quality measures, and productivity targets to support predictable contract growth.
- Continuous improvement and automation; lead transformation using Lean, process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance experience, accuracy, and response times.
- Cross-functional partnership and technology enablement; align Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, Digital/Technology, and Commercial Ops while implementing/optimizing tools (Conga, PAC, POCO) to streamline contract execution.
- People leadership, compliance, and organizational resilience; lead change, workforce planning, coaching, and role specialization while ensuring compliance with policies, financial controls, audits, and scalable team structures.
You're the right fit if:
- 7+ years managing managers and large operational teams, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business/Operations/Supply Chain/Finance) with 10+ years in commercial/contract/service operations or customer support; healthcare service contract experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of contract lifecycle management (quoting, booking, invoicing, post-booking processes), KPI management, financial controls, and audit/compliance oversight.
- Track record leading operational change, process improvement, and Lean-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Office and operational systems proficiency.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $150,750 to $241,200.
