CDL-A Truck Driver | Solo, Mentor or Recent Graduates at ASB Freight Co. — El Paso, TX

We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for OTR solo and mentor opportunities. Experienced drivers can run solo or choose to train new CDL holders for additional compensation.

### OTR Solo Position

• $0.45–$0.55 CPM, based on experience

• Typically 10–14 days out

• No-touch freight

• Consistent miles

• Weekly pay

• Home time between trips

• Additional incentives may be available

### Driver Mentor Option

Qualified experienced drivers can earn additional pay by working with new CDL holders during their OTR training.

Mentor compensation includes:

• $0.45–$0.55 CPM base pay

• +$0.10 CPM while mentoring

• Up to +$0.10 CPM productivity incentive

• Additional bonus opportunities

• Priority mileage opportunities

Mentor assignments typically run about 11 days, with the option to take home time or return to solo driving between students.

### New CDL Drivers Welcome

New Class A CDL holders may also apply. Training and OTR mentoring are provided.

Drivers with less than three months of qualifying experience start at $0.35 CPM while training and building experience. After reaching three months, drivers may transition to the experienced $0.45–$0.55 CPM pay range, based on qualifications.

### Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• 3+ months recent tractor-trailer experience for experienced Solo/Mentor applicants

• Must meet DOT and company qualification requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
