Painter Bros of Westchester is seeking an experienced painting subcontractor or crew for ongoing residential and commercial painting projects throughout Westchester County and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience
• New York State business entity
• General Liability Insurance
• Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Professional painting equipment
• Ability to perform quality prep work and finish work
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• References and photos of previous work

Responsibilities

• Protect customer property
• Perform sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and spot priming
• Prime and apply finish coats to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and exterior surfaces
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining Painter Bros quality standards
