Responsibilities

As a caregiver with Assisting Hands Home Care, you will provide personalized support to clients based on their individual needs. Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
  • Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Supporting client mobility and daily activities
  • Communicating client updates and concerns to the care team

Qualifications

We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A compassionate attitude and a desire to care for others
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Reliability and a strong work history
  • The ability to safely assist clients with mobility needs, including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Minimum of one-year professional experience working with seniors

(Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)

  • Reliable transportation
