## Dishwasher

Ensure the kitchen area is clean and maintained according to company and health department standards.

## Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Remove garbage and clean containers before returning them.
• Wash and sanitize tables, walls, and storage areas.
• Assist with walk-in cooler/freezer cleaning.
• Complete closing duties before clocking out.
• Remain alert to safety and security concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.

## Qualifications

• Ability to work safely with various cleaning materials.
• Ability to follow sanitation standards and procedures.
• Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, or alternating shifts.
• Experience in dishwashing or cleaning preferred.

## Job Environment & Physical Requirements

• Primarily indoors within hotel kitchen facilities.
• Standing for prolonged periods (4+ hours).
• Frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent stretching, bending, stooping, or squatting.
• Exposure to varying temperatures (coolers, freezers).
