Full job description

Corporate Development is a critical driver of Iterative Health’s growth strategy. As we expand our site network and increase transaction activity, the Corporate Development team plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities that accelerate our growth.

As a Corporate Development Manager, you will support the full M&A lifecycle—from sourcing and evaluating potential acquisitions through due diligence, transaction execution, and integration. Reporting to the VP, Corporate Development, you will work closely with the Executive Team and cross-functional leaders across Iterative Health, gaining significant exposure to high-impact, company-shaping decisions.

This is an opportunity to join a growing function at an important stage of IH’s evolution and directly contribute to the expansion of our research site network.

Where You’ll Drive Impact

  • Identify, research, and prioritize potential acquisition targets and strategic management contract opportunities aligned with IH’s growth strategy.
  • Engage directly with acquisition candidates and help position Iterative Health as their preferred partner or buyer.
  • Coordinate and structure due diligence materials across financial, legal, tax, operational, and other workstreams for internal and external stakeholders, including management, the Board, investors, and lenders.
  • Build and refine financial analyses, presentations, and other materials used to evaluate opportunities and communicate recommendations to acquisition targets and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the VP, Corporate Development and cross-functional teams to advance transactions from initial evaluation through closing.
  • Support the seamless integration of acquired companies into Iterative Health, helping coordinate activities across functions and ensuring key priorities remain on track.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Finance, Legal, Operations, Clinical Research, People, and other functions to ensure alignment throughout the M&A process.
  • Translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights that support investment and growth decisions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related analytical or transaction-focused environment.
  • Experience contributing to M&A processes, including sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, or integration.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to build financial models and analyses in Excel.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Highly organized and structured, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Sound business judgment, curiosity, and a willingness to dive into complex problems and develop practical solutions.

### Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a high volume of transactions or working in a fast-paced M&A environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, healthcare services, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience working with acquisition targets, lenders, investors, or Board-level stakeholders.
