Part-Time School Age Assistant Teacher

Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with school-age children? We're looking for a Part-Time School Age Assistant Teacher to help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children before and after school, as well as during school breaks.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Afternoon shifts available 12-6 or 2:30-6:00
• Additional hours available on school holidays and breaks

Responsibilities

• Supervise and interact with school-age children (ages 5–12)
• Assist with homework, games, crafts, and enrichment activities
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Ensure children are always accounted for and following safety procedures
• Assist with snack time and daily routines
• Follow all licensing and company policies

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
