Full job description

The Senior Lead Information Security Manager of IAM Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for a global Identity and Access Management team responsible for delivering secure, compliant, and efficient access management services across the enterprise. This role is accountable for 24x7 access management, team development, and the execution of near-term IAM strategies that align with broader enterprise security objectives. The ideal candidate brings a deep technical understanding of IAM platforms and governance principles, combined with strong leadership capabilities to manage a geographically distributed team and drive continuous operational improvement that includes automation and AI implementation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee high-volume access management operations including provisioning, incident resolution, and access modifications across Active Directory, RACF, Unix, CyberArk Privileged Cloud, database, and line of business platforms
  • Drive the enterprise Privileged Access Management program through CyberArk Privileged Cloud oversight, enforcing least privilege, account governance, and audit compliance
  • Lead operational readiness and post-deployment sustainment for the Saviynt IGA platform implementation
  • Manage service account remediation programs to identify, remediate, and govern orphaned and non-compliant accounts
  • Establish operational metrics and reporting cadences across provisioning volumes, SLA adherence, and incident trends to support data-driven decisions
  • Ensure continuous audit readiness through access documentation, certification support, and control gap remediation
  • Manage concurrent IAM platform projects across engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and business stakeholder teams
  • Partner with enterprise architecture, risk, and compliance functions to align IAM operations with regulatory and security objectives
  • Champion an AI-first approach by implementing automation and intelligence-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, entitlement visibility, and access governance

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of IAM Experience;
  • 5+ years of leadership experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing an IAM team with focus on IAM platforms including CyberArk Privileged Cloud, Saviynt, or comparable IGA and PAM solutions
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or NIST as they relate to access management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • Experience working within ITIL-based service management frameworks including incident, change, and request management processes
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IGA platform certifications
