Job Title/High Level Position Summary:
Utilizing a developing to full understanding of Company systems, practices, procedures, and demonstrating a proficient ability in most to all the required skill sets. This position performs a variety of moderate physical and administrative tasks that are involved with the distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. This role bridges data management and physical inventory handling, requiring strong organizational skills, high accuracy and keen attention to detail. Under general supervision and with limited independent discretion, duties may include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare replenishment report for lift drivers
- Monitor replenishment report progress throughout the shift
- Monitor backorder reports related to replenishment
- Coordinate with Inbound and Outbound Departments
- Research transactions to resolve discrepancies in inventory
- Reconcile physical and systematic inventory discrepancies
- Maintain daily KPI’s related to replenishment
- Perform physical and systematic audits for replenishment transactions
- Operate pallet jack, as needed to move inventory
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Participate in audits and 5S program
- Moderate knowledge in continuous improvement activities
- Communicate work-related problems to Lead or Supervisor
- Assist drivers with questions over radio
- Project work, as assigned by supervisor
- Work one mandatory Saturday per month, per schedule
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution center warehouse
- Data entry and computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- ERP system knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good mathematical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to allocate time effectively between tasks
- High School Diploma
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to carry (up to 30 feet each time) up to 50 lbs.
- Have full range of motion of the waist and neck
- Have unrestricted use of upper extremities and perform over-head reaching
- Frequently bend (to the floor), twist, and kneel

Desired Characteristics
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Lot control knowledge
- Familiarity with RF scanners
- Oracle experience is a plus
