LOTS OF LIFTING SUITCASES AND LOADING

Collect lost /delayed luggage from the airlines. We are 100% customer service orientated from start to finish.Team work and a positive attitude allows for our fast-paced environment to excel.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicate with airline staff
• Communicate with contractors and load luggage when necessary
• Pick up luggage from various airlines throughout the airport
• Communicate with the operations manager throughout shift
• Dispatch luggage
• Communicate with passengers and confirm addresses
• Be able to problem solve

Qualifications and Skills

Be at least 18 years of age

Work hours -evenings/late night days vary

Be authorized to work in the United States

Lift 70lbs and twist/ bend on a constant basis

Be able to walk a full shift throughout airport daily

Strong verbal communication skill with exceptional customer service skills

Must be able to handle multi-tasking and fast-paced environment

Work as a team is a must
