LEVEL I

  • Estimated annual base pay: $72,000.00 (minimum) - $104,250.00 (midpoint) - $115,000.00 (maximum)

LEVEL II

  • Estimated annual base pay: $85,000.00 (minimum) - $110,000.00 (midpoint) - $136,000.00 (maximum)

LEVEL I

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against contractual agreements and key performance indicators to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to foster mutual understanding and continuous improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, address, and resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze supplier performance data, and prepare regular reports to inform management and support decision making processes.
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to foster mutual understanding and continuous improvement.

  • Communication & Influence: Shares information or updates with others when asked. Identifies those who should be persuaded to support a desired course of action. Further development required.
  • Negotiation: Learns negotiation tactics and identifies successful negotiation examples. Further development required.

LEVEL II

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed upon metrics to ensure quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Relationship Development: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to enhance cooperation and drive mutual business growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with suppliers to maintain smooth operational workflows.
  • Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Communication Skills: Internal communication and presentations up to and including executive level reviews pertaining to supplier relationship strategy, performance and issue resolution.
