Estimated annual base pay: $26.44 (minimum) - $34.37 (midpoint) - $42.31 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to create 3D models of simpler designs and create complex 2D drawings to acceptable drafting practices
  • Must be able to perform entry level linear stackup studies
  • Works assigned tasks to meet schedule and may coordinate details with other departments.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to understand and apply fundamental Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing or International equivalent at an intermediate level.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • The ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic organization and prioritization skills
  • The ability to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with others as a team
  • The ability to define, diagnose, and resolve problems and the ability to make decisions in a timely manner
  • The ability to assist other drafters with tasks. Demonstrated ability on a day-to-day basis to effectively balance workload.
