How you'll make an impact

  • Provide desk-side and remote support for IT incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobility, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Support printers, mobile devices, Cisco phones, email, Wi-Fi, and MFA setup.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain factory PCs, workstations, and peripherals.
  • Assist with network connections, cabling, and integration of new devices and machines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and CMDB records.
  • Deliver user guidance and training on common IT tools and self-service solutions.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, logistics, meeting room technology, and support third-party technicians.

Your background

  • Formal qualification, diploma, degree, or completed apprenticeship in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support or a similar technical support role.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and end-user technologies.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, with the ability to support and engage users effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused with the ability to work independently.
