JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $17.75 - $24.00 per hour

2nd Shift: 3:45 pm - 12:15 am

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating ARPAC / Packing machine
• Lifting and transferring window units from conveyor into pallets or shipping carts.
• Perform quality checks on windows and identify any defects or deviations from standards.
• Sorting out window units and palletize according to types, sizes as well as wrapping if necessary.
• Ensure the accurate counting upon palletizing, properly stacking /storing and Inspect windows for any damages.
• Movement of pallets /carts in and out of production work area using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Performs 5S & housekeeping as expected. During line stoppages, performs downtime duties assigned to this workstation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for duration of entire shift.
• Must cross-train and rotate on various workstations within line/complex.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and production processes.
• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1⁄4
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to inspect products for quality and damages.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Ability to move carts and pallets in and out of production areas.
• Ability to read and interpret common, productivity reports, and written instructions.
• 1 - 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
