Front Desk Associate (Customer Service)

Pickleball Kingdom Tinton Falls is looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Associate to help create an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a positive attitude
• Check players in and assist with court reservations
• Answer phone calls and respond to member questions
• Help new members understand club programs and memberships
• Support leagues, clinics, and club events
• Keep the front desk organized and ensure a great member experience

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness is a plus
