Manager, Product Management- Credit Bureau Reporting Modernization
About the Role
The Card Credit Bureau Services team is embarking on a multi-year journey to bring Credit Bureau Reporting in-house to new enterprise platforms. This role will be responsible for leading tech teams that are actively building out a reimagined Credit Bureau Reporting solution with new intent on new platforms and will have the opportunity to work with multiple aspects of the Card Business while solving critical problems for our agents and customers.
The ideal candidate for the role is someone who:
- Is excited by / interested in evolving novel technologies like leveraging AI to simplify and automate processes
- Is comfortable with going deep on data, understanding why its important to our use case and how to leverage it to achieve new intent
- Is an integrated problem solving rockstar -- ready to partner with a brilliant team of Process, Tech, Ops and Risk partners, to deliver a bold vision that's a step-change improvement from our current state solution
- Is comfortable diving into details and understanding the pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement in this critical Card process

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at;east 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
