Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work is delivered.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and tax returns
  • Limited Liability Companies, S Corporations, C Corporations, Trusts, tax-exempt, individual taxpayers, and multi-state businesses
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the continued growth and success of the firm.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored accounting solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our services remain at the cutting edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • A CPA certification to demonstrate your commitment to the profession.
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a high level of quality.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $90,000 + Depending on Experience.
