Busy home care Agency in Fort Myers seeks a part time RN! This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to be semi-retired, while still making a difference for seniors in our community!

Primary Duties include:

• Training and orientation for caregivers,
• Assessing caregiver skills
• Review client files
• Performing client intakes and assessments
• Working with AHCA surveys when they happen
• Advising caregivers on various issues that arise with our clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current and valid RN Florida license
• 1-3 years of nursing experience; home care experience preferred
• Demonstrates exceptional Assessment skills
• Experience with AHCA surveys helpful
• Must be Tech-Savvy with the ability to navigate a computer, utilize wifi, and charting programs
• Ability to work independently
• Must possess excellent communication skills
