How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead project execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to create a positive experience.
  • Oversee financial performance and resource planning for optimal efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and successful.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to maximize value for Hitachi Energy.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a customer-focused culture.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale commercial projects.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams across geographies and deliver results.
  • Strong knowledge of power systems and market management systems.
  • Project Management Certification (PMI or equivalent) required.
  • 10% travel
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; experience with mission-critical software solutions is a plus.
