What a session looks like
- Pick the role. Sales rep, warehouse lead, customer service, RN, software engineer, etc.
- Pick the company (optional). We'll use questions candidates have actually reported at that company.
- Answer 4–6 questions. Typed or spoken. 10–15 minutes total.
- Get a rubric score. One per question, plus an overall. Same rubric a real hiring panel would use.
Why it works
Our question bank is drawn from real candidate-reported interviews across 18 companies and 6 role families. The rubric mirrors what most panels actually grade: clarity, specificity, scope, tradeoffs, and ownership. You can see the rubric before you answer — we don't grade on anything you didn't have a chance to prepare for.

Common questions
Is it voice or typed?
Both. Voice is recommended for verbal-heavy roles (sales, customer service, leadership); typed is fine for technical prep. Voice data is never stored.
Can I see the rubric before I answer?
Yes. Transparency is the point — you shouldn't be graded on something you weren't told to focus on.
How accurate is the score?
On a validation set of 800 answers graded by recruiters, our score correlates at r=0.71 with the human grade — useful for self-review, not a replacement for practicing with a person.
