What makes ours different

When a cover letter actually helps
For roles under 50 applicants total, a cover letter can raise callback odds by 10–25% (Jobeezy platform data, audited quarterly). For big-funnel roles (5,000+ applicants at Amazon, Meta, etc.), cover letters rarely get read — so we default to a single-paragraph version that fits the Workday box.
