Full job description

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Outpatient Pediatrics • Early Intervention (Babies Can't Wait) • Telehealth Opportunities

Help Us Build the Practice Families Hope to Find.

At Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy, we believe the best therapy begins with relationships.

We believe children grow best when they feel safe, understood, and connected.

We're not simply a place where children come to receive therapy—we're a place where children are known.

Our multidisciplinary team provides individualized, play-based, neuro-affirming care that looks beyond diagnoses and isolated skills to support the whole child and the whole family.

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children participate more fully in everyday life through play, connection, collaboration, and evidence-informed care.

Whether you're an experienced pediatric OT or a new graduate, you'll be welcomed by a team that believes mentorship, curiosity, humility, and kindness are just as important as clinical expertise.

Why Clinicians Choose Chatterbox

We know you have choices when it comes to where you build your career.

At Chatterbox, we've intentionally created an environment where clinicians feel supported, respected, challenged, and encouraged to grow—because we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people.

Here, you'll find:

  • A collaborative team of Occupational, Speech, Physical, and Music Therapists who genuinely enjoy learning from one another.
  • Child-led, play-based, neuro-affirming, evidence-informed care.
  • Strong mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Paid administrative time through our hybrid compensation model.
  • Dedicated administrative support for scheduling, insurance authorizations, and billing.
  • A leadership team committed to transparency, servant leadership, and investing in people—not just productivity.
  • A newly remodeled pediatric clinic with a large sensory gym and thoughtfully designed treatment spaces.
  • Opportunities to expand your clinical interests while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

A Variety of Clinical Opportunities

No two Occupational Therapists are exactly alike—and neither are our caseloads.

We'll work with you to build a schedule that aligns with your interests, strengths, and professional goals.

Depending on your preferences, opportunities may include:

  • Outpatient pediatric therapy in our collaborative clinic
  • Early Intervention services through Georgia's Babies Can't Wait program
  • Therapy provided in children's natural environments
  • Telehealth services, when appropriate

Whether you're passionate about sensory integration, emotional regulation, feeding, executive functioning, fine motor development, self-care skills, or supporting infants and toddlers through Early Intervention, you'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful and rewarding career.

What Does It Mean to Be an OT at Chatterbox?

It means having the opportunity to practice occupational therapy the way you envisioned when you chose this profession.

You'll help children participate more fully in the things that matter most—from playing and learning to dressing, feeding, regulating, building relationships, communicating, and becoming more independent.

You'll have access to a large sensory gym and a variety of therapeutic equipment, but we believe the most important therapy tool is understanding the child in front of you.

We want our Occupational Therapists to bring both their clinical expertise and their creativity to every session.

To ask thoughtful questions.

To see possibility where others see challenges.

To partner with families.

To celebrate progress that isn't always measured on a standardized assessment.

And to remember that meaningful participation—not perfection—is the goal.
