Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

Location: Gloversville, New York, 12078

Contract Duration: 12 Weeks

Start Date: 08/24/2026 – 11/14/2026

Shift: Monday – Friday Day Shift 5 x 8 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM No Holidays No Weekends 40 Hours Per Week

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Recent Physical Therapist Experience Required
  • Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Experience Required
  • Locals Welcome – Local Candidates Accepted
  • Excellent communication, patient care, and rehabilitation skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing comprehensive patient evaluations.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
  • Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams.
  • Educating patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
