Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide strategic administrative support to the National Advisory Managing Partner and leaders within the Sectors and Specialty Areas. This key role requires a highly organized, proactive professional capable of managing complex tasks, coordinating multiple projects, and facilitating communication to ensure smooth operational flow.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the National Advisory Managing Partner and Specialty Areas and Sector leaders to prepare for and schedule regular meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently; quickly adjust calendars in response to changing priorities, optimizing schedules to enhance team productivity
- Assist in creating meeting agendas, compiling materials, and ensuring accurate meeting notes for follow-up
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects on behalf of the National Advisory Managing Partner, ensuring timely execution within budget
- Recommend operational improvements, particularly in meeting coordination, reporting processes, or administrative workflows, to enhance overall efficiency
- Conduct research, update spreadsheets, and create documents and visual presentations to support decision-making and communication
- Act as a liaison, facilitating clear communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-10 years of experience in an executive assistant or project management role, preferably with senior-level executives (experience in the professional services industry is a plus)
- Experience managing projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are achieved
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in office tools and the ability to quickly learn new software
