Job Summary:
Performs precision mechanical assembly for Cooler production. Performs the required processes of cleaning, documenting, and testing of Cooler parts, subassemblies, and finished goods. Utilizes production tooling, computers, and specialized equipment required for production and material/WIP tracking. Identifies and documents discrepant material. Interacts with Coworkers, Managers, and Engineering.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Precision mechanical assembly and adhesive application following work instructions
- Perform measurements and tests from test procedures and document results
- Data entry for travelers and WIP tracking
- Assist Engineering in developmental processes, as necessary
- Several cleaning operations
- Miscellaneous support functions, as necessary
Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate orally, read, and write using the English language
- Ability to work using hands and have good manual dexterity with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Must be able to visually inspect small parts
- Must be able to use small hand tools like tweezers, hex keys, and probes/picks
- Must be able to use a microscope
- Must be able to use hands to move and assemble very small parts and fastening devices
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Desired Skills:
- 1-2 years related experience with electro-mechanical assembly desired
- Ability to read and understand written test procedures
Note: 2nd shift work schedule is 3:00pm-11:30pm. For the first months, 2nd shift new hires may need to train during the 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm. In that case, once training is completed they will move to the 2nd shift work schedule. Additionally, there maybe a requirement to come in during 1st shift hours for new training, on a temporary basis, as needed. There will be flexibility to start time during new training.

Salary Range:
$50,600.00-$67,500.000
