Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Install and support Video applications at the client site; these can be Azure cloud-based, Linux-based, or Windows-based, depending on the customer's requirements.
  • Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
  • Evaluates system specifications for business requirements
  • Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs
  • Install In-Car Police Video and Body Worn Camera hardware
  • Train end users on functionality of end to end usage of the video system

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills verbal and written
  • Must have 3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment preferred.
  • Must have experience installing and implementing processes
  • Ability troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely matter preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license to be considered for this position.
  • The ability to travel up to 75% within the Eastern and Southeastern Regions as needed.

Target Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD

Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of experience in one of the following: LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Video Systems, Telecommunications, and Public Safety experience required.
  • Must have Comp TIA Certifications for this role.
  • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
