Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Erie. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers.

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locations Load and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling of all items Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package delivery Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption Participate with regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology Strong time management and organizational abilities Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexible schedule, including availability for weekend and evening shifts as needed Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
