Peer Support Worker – EverCare Mobile Health
Location: Nampa, ID and potential for surrounding areas Schedule: Flexible (Part-time or Full-time; set your own schedule) Compensation: $20–$23 per hour
- $22–$25 per billable hour
- $12.50 per non-billable hour
- Bi- Weekly gas stipend

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with payer and company standards.
- Participate in supervision and team meetings.
- Collaborate with other treatment providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to HIPAA privacy and compliance regulations.
- Assess emergency situations and escalate concerns as necessary.
- Provide consistent support to clients, promoting personal growth and accountability.
Qualifications
• Peer Support Certification (from the state of Oregon or Idaho – required).
- CPR certification (preferred).
- Ability to pass an enhanced IDHW/ORHW background check (required).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance, clean driving record (No DUIs) (required).
- Experience using electronic health records (preferred).
- Comfortable working in a community-based setting.
