Plumbing at 100 CMH Manufacturing Inc. — Lewistown, PA

Primary Purpose: Test all DWV and supply lines for leaks

JOB DUTIES:

Fill all DWV lines with water and test for leaks – visual inspection and high-water test

Hook up air pressure to water lines and unhook water lines from water heater

Test all water supply lines with 100 pounds of air pressure for 15 minutes

Drain all pipes and plug drains if needed and any holes in bottom board with tape

Install shower doors Install labels for drains underneath house

Install stops in all drains underneath house Sign traveler when job has been completed

Assist in repairing leaks/damages Maintain acceptable level of quality

Clean area daily Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Must be at least 18 years

SAFETY/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Uncontrolled climate PVC glue may be inhaled

EQUIPMENTA/MACHINES USED:

Staple and screw guns Pressure gauges, Personal Protective Equipment

General hand tools Stops for all outlet pipes and drainage buckets

TESTING REQUIRED:

Drug Screen Hearing Test

COGNITIVE SKILLS:

Good reasoning skills Be able to read blue prints and tape measure

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

No sitting except breaks and lunch

Must have normal use of hands

Must be able to crawl on floor under homes and work in tight places

Moderate amount of bending and stretching
