BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across  Rockland County and Orange County. As a Critical Care Nurse, you'll take on varied assignments - supporting new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs. This role is for RNs who are skilled, adaptable and driven by purpose.

What You'll Earn

• $50/hour
• Weekly pay
• Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision)

What You'll Work

• Full-time  (minimum $36/hr week)
• 12-hour day and night shifts available
• 2 weekend shifts/month required

What You Need

• Active RN license in the state of New York
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
• Willingness to travel to  Rockland County and Orange County
• Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset
